I know, I know...I'm a little late at getting these pics up. Colt was born Monday, August 18th, 2008 at 8 pm. He weighed 6 lbs. 12 oz. and was 19 3/4 inches long. Because he was early he's had a few minor problems but all are better now. He had trouble keeping his body temp up so we had to have him wrapped like it was winter outside! He also was juandiced so we spent 4 days making trips back and forth to the doctor's office and hospital to have bilirubin levels checked and had to have him wrapped in a biliblanket all the time while we were at home. He's now two weeks old and healthy. I would have never believed I could just watch someone sleep for hours on end but I can!

Congratulations!!! I'm sure you guys are thrilled to have Colt in your arms. I know what you mean about watching that sleeping baby, it is really hard to put them down! I keep telling myself this won't last forever so I am going to savor every moment. "Scottie D" looks like such a proud papa! Won't it be funny when Colt, Alivia, and Graham are all freshmen at Harding running into each other at the "stupid center" and saying ohhh yahhhh my dad/mom told me that I needed to meet you. :)
Aunt Mary sure is proud of Colt. I loved hearing her tell about getting to stay at your house and feel Colt a bottle. I knew her face was beaming through the phone. I cannot wait to meet Colt in person and be a "baby hog" and hold him for HOURS! We love you!
